What is GENARCH?
GENARCH is a read-only scientific atlas that maps how genetic susceptibility and environmental exposures interact at the molecular level — focused specifically on Northern Virginia. It integrates GWAS data, tissue-resolved gene expression, biological pathways, and local environmental conditions into a navigable knowledge graph. All data points are scored, cited, and transparent. GENARCH is not a health tool, risk calculator, or clinical decision support system.
